BeInterBaltic – Intersections in built environment
promoting interdisciplinary higher education in the Baltic Sea Region

Due to the complexity of current social, economic and performative urban conditions, the traditional division of disciplines within the built environment is no longer adequate. There is an increasing need for cooperation and understanding between the disciplines which requires new models of interdisciplinarity in the higher education of built environment. The project Intersections in built environment: promoting interdisciplinary higher education in the Baltic Sea Region (BeInterBaltic) aims at enhancing the quality and relevance of higher education in Baltic Sea Region by improving and adapting the current curricula of built environment disciplines of participating universities.

 

  • Baltic International Summer School 2018. The fourth Baltic International Summer School 2018 (B.I.S.S.) is successfully completed at the HafenCity University (HCU) in Hamburg during 10-18 August 2018.
